City Of Thieves

Now this was one of the best books I've read in a while. Carol and I don't always have the same taste in books. She gave it to me when she was done. She said it was one of the best she had read in a while.

I wouldn't have thought it was one she would have liked.

If you haven't already read them, you'd probably like Caleb Carr's historical novels "The Alienist" and the sequel "The Angel of Darkness".
